With the importance of safety comes the responsibility of Vitus Technology ensuring that all our employees return home safely after each project.

All WQS personnel are fully trained in all the appropriate safety courses. All personnel were involved in the development and implementation of the safety manual, job procedures and safe work practices. Through personnel input and communication we have found that this fosters a better safety attitude throughout our organization.

Each client has specific safety requirements so we ensure compliance to each individual safety program. Our personnel will abide by the safety standards of the client, Vitus Technology and the provincial and federal regulations.

We believe the continual improvements in our health and safety performance over the years can be attributed to enhanced safety awareness in all of our operations, and a continuous improvement of our safety management systems.

Here at Vitus Technology we foster the belief that “safety is an attitude”. We pride ourselves in being proactive in all aspects of the safety and health of all employee/contractors whether being office or field personnel. Our safety practice mandates are internally monitored to meet and exceed industry standards of safety and safe work practices on an ongoing basis. We not only care about our own employee/contractors but also those working in conjunction with us on all projects. We believe that no deficiency may go overlooked, and the end result of this diligence will help to create the “attitude of safety” throughout the industry.

At Vitus Technology we abide by all safety and codes of the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulation and codes. No project is too important to dismiss safety and we take the time to assess all safety parameters before commencing work on any project. With constant communication with the governing bodies of Health and Safety and with industry Vitus Technology will continue to promote and maintain safety and safe work practices.
